The Department of physical education was established in the year of 1995.The Department is encouraging the sporting activities of the students. The Department has all the necessary equipments which enable the students to undergo regular practice for advancing perfection.

AIU South zone interuniversity kabadi championship for men 2022 - 2023 held at ST Francis College ,Koramangala Banglore.
Bharathiar university Intercollegiate KABADDI Men Tournament held on 7.11.2022 at Ramakrishna Mission vidhyalaya ,Periyanaikken palayam,Scured 4th place. Best 8 teams participated in four zones.
Bharathiar university Kabaddi D Zone tournament held at kangayam government college kangayam.20 College teams participated.Chief guest Erode District amatur kabaddi association Secretary.
